Lettings Manager & Surveyor

I am a Chartered Surveyor and head up the lettings department in Crewe.

I worked part time for Coppinger Boston from 1999 to 2001 supplementing my university life with practical experience. I joined as a member of the sales team progressing to a role assisting the chartered surveyor with residential valuations. This gave me the drive and ambition to establish a career in property and I graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2007 with a HND in Business Property Management and a First Class Honour’s Degree in Urban Land Economics.

In past roles I completed a placement year at Liberty Properties Plc in Chester in 2004 and was involved in all aspects of commercial property development including identifying sites for developments and working on funding negotiations for projects. Following university I took a role as a Commercial Valuation Surveyor with Knight Frank, where I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and carried out a considerable number of valuations over a variety of buildings including office, retail, industrial and leisure throughout the North West region.

I currently manage the lettings department at Crewe, covering residential and commercial properties over South Cheshire. This has been my role since July 2009. I take an active role in both letting and property management and deal with a range of clients including private landlord and public institutions. During my time here I have built a strong relationship with Cheshire East Council working alongside them in all aspects of housing and tenant/landlord relations.

I enjoy an active social life meeting new people and am also a keen runner. I am an avid horse racing fan.

My next goal is to complete and qualify as a Commercial Energy Assessor.
